On the occasion of the Slovak presidency in Visegrad group and following a long tradition, Military Intelligence of Ministry of Defence of Slovak Republic (“MI”) organised from 13th to 15th May 2019 the Annual Meeting of the Directors and Experts of the V4 Military Intelligence and Security Services. The main theme of the meeting was current security issues and threats in a regional and also international context. Cooperation within Visegrad group has its tradition and during its existence this group has gained a position of respected partner. Strength and value of Visegrad group stems from long-term and conscientious building of mutual relationships between neighbouring countries, which are connected not only by the geographical closeness, but also by historical, cultural and by the closeness of values.
